Our story

Started by a cybersecurity student, built for your kitchen table.

KindTech Support was founded by a cybersecurity student who kept hearing the same story: a parent or grandparent paying for tech help that left them more confused, or worse, more vulnerable to scams.

So we built something different. Tech support that explains the "why," not just the "what," and treats every question as a fair one to ask. We named it KindTech Support because that's the whole idea: the tech help part matters, but the kindness part matters more.
